Community Guidelines

Huddle is built for genuine connection between friends. These guidelines exist to keep the experience safe and welcoming for everyone. By using Huddle, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Be Respectful

Huddle is for sharing life updates with your friends. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated. Content or comments that bully, harass, intimidate, or target another person are not allowed.

2. No Hateful Content

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

3. No Harmful or Dangerous Content

Do not share content that:

• Promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide
• Depicts or encourages dangerous activities that could lead to physical harm
• Contains threats of violence against any person or group

If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

4. No Nudity or Sexual Content

Huddle is not a platform for sexual or explicit content. Do not share videos or comments containing nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content. Non-consensual intimate imagery is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Protect Children

Any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that sexualizes minors.

6. No Illegal Activity

Do not use Huddle to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to drug trafficking, fraud, and the sale of illegal goods or services.

7. Respect Others' Privacy

Do not share other people's personal information (such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial information) without their consent. Do not record or share content of others who have not consented to being filmed.

8. No Spam or Manipulation

Do not use Huddle to distribute spam, scams, or misleading content. Do not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes or attempt to manipulate the Service.

9. Respect Intellectual Property

Only share content that you have the right to share. Do not upload content that infringes on someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

10. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal: Violating content will be removed
• Warning: You may receive a warning for minor or first-time violations
• Temporary suspension: Repeated violations may result in temporary account suspension
• Permanent ban: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination

For the most severe violations (child exploitation, threats of violence, illegal activity), accounts will be terminated immediately without prior warning.

11. Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or contact us at a.n.develops@gmail.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

12. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you can contact us at a.n.develops@gmail.com to request a review.
